Job Summary:

We are looking for an SAP Pre-Sales Lead who can bridge the gap between technical teams and customers. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by understanding customer requirements, proposing technical solutions, and leading the sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP products and ecosystems. SAP Core Modules, SAP AI, SAP FIORI, SAP BTP.

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software products, cloud, ERP (SAP preferred), or enterprise technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with enterprise and mid-market clients.

Good To Have Skills:

  • Experience in SAP, Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, or Enterprise Software Sales.
  • Exposure to global clients, govt. and large deal management.
  • Leadership experience managing small teams or initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical sales engagement with customers, including requirement analysis, solution design, and presentations.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical and delivery teams to propose optimal solutions.
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Prepare and deliver technical demos, POCs, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Develop strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers.
  • Create and review RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and cost estimations.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and report progress to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales or pre-sales team members.

Qualifications / Candidate Requirements (If Applicable):

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology (MBA is a plus).
  • 6–10 years of experience in technical sales / solution sales / pre-sales.
